Definition
The Workplace tries to read the user-country assignment from this logical system. Enter an HR (Human Resources) system here, because the country is read using the country grouping in HR. No personalization information can be read in a system without HR data for this reason.
In addition, the Workplace can only read the user-country assignment if the user is assigned in the personnel master with infotype 105.
ESS (Employee Self-Service) users are automatically linked to the personnel master if they are created using the appropriate transaction.
