Definition

Indicator which controls addition of display articles as line items in a promotion using a pushbutton.

Use

This indicator is part of the promotion type, maintained in Customizing. The promotion header gets the indicator and its value from the promotion type and the value cannot be edited for the lifetime of the promotion.

Dependencies

If the indicator is set for a particular promotion, a pushbutton is enabled in the promotion user interface. The pushbutton invokes a dialog box to search for display articles. You can add display articles to the promotion using this dialog box, which would have the other articles in the promotion as its components.
