Controls which function the report executes.

Use

You can use this report for two related tasks:

  • Role maintenance

    In this mode, the report shows the portal roles and the services contained in them and allows you to create authorization roles that mirror these portal roles.

    You can execute this function in all systems along the role transport landscape to check the correct transport. Changes to the roles are only possible in the systems that are declared as responsible for role maintenance.

  • Role assignment to users

    Shows the intended and actual assignment of users to the portal roles and allows you to select the authorization roles that should be assigned to the user in the target systems.

    You should execute this function only in the system that is responsible for the role assignment.
