Documentation
Definition
Disables automatic transport recording during role maintenance.
Use
When maintaining authorization roles for portal roles, you should usually record the changes to the authorization roles in a transport request to ensure that the roles and the internal assignment data arrive correctly in all systems of the transport landscape.
There are situations in which this is not required or in which it hinders execution of the report.
- The roles are maintained in the same system in which they are used during production.
- Testing.
Dependencies
If you want to transport a role later, do not use the transport function in transaction PFCG, because it does not transport the internal data of the portal role.
This prevents the role from beeing assigned to users in the target systems.
