Documentation
Definition
Activates the hierarchical visualization of portal roles.
Use
If this indicator is set, the system displays portal roles whose naming corresponds to that of SAP Enterprise Portal 6.0 (hierarchy levels separated by slashes) hierarchically.
If the indicator is not set, portal roles are displayed in a flat list (not hierarchically).
Hierarchical display is preferable for the role maintenance, and flat visualization is preferable for the assignment.
Dependencies
Portal roles can have names that are longer than the transaction can display. If you have a flat visualization, the role names are truncated. The system attempts to truncate the names so that the portal role hierarchy is still visible.
With menu function "Goto --> Portal role details", the complete portal role name can be displayed.
