Documentation
Definition
Indicator showing whether the breakdown line of an account breakdown should be used as a subtotal.
Use
In the Internet application Cash Control, you can break down account lines according to different currencies. Using subtotals, you can total cash amounts in different currencies and accrue them against one another.
The system totals all the previous lines that follow from the last subtotal or from a previous account line, and displays these in this line as an output line.
Dependencies
Subtotals are displayed in the local currency. Any different currencies entered here do not have any effect.
Example
In cash balancing, you want to display the cash amount in the local currency and the total amount for checks. You therefore enter a subtotal line in the account breakdown in the local currency and in the check currencies.
