Definition
Sequential number for the sequence of the display of account groupings, subgroups, G/L accounts and currencies on the menu screen or dialog pages in the Internet application Cash Control.
Use
Account Grouping
In the selection screen of the cash control Internet application, individual menu entries are listed one after the other corresponding to the assigned sequential numbers in the Assignment of Account Groups to Plants.
Subgroup and G/L Account
Using the sequential numbers for subgroups and G/L accounts, you determine the screen structure for the dialog page belonging to an account grouping. The subgroups are displayed one after the other in ascending order. The G/L accounts are displayed in a list in a subgroup.
Currency
You can break down G/L accounts according to different currencies. The currencies are displayed in ascending order in a list.
Dependencies
There is no check for duplicate sequential numbers in the assignment of account groupings to plants or in subgroups. If a number is used more than once, then the sequence of the display is unclear. For this reason, the number assignment should be consistent.
The account grouping in the selection screen is displayed with the descriptions.
