Definition
Number of single values for a selection criterion to be entered by the user (for example, assignment number for a posting line). These values can be used for selecting relevant Financial Accounting postings within a group of accounts in the cash balancing Internet application.
Use
The number of single values controls the layout of the dialog screen for cash balancing. If several single values are available, a table appears on the dialog screen for entering the single values. If only one single value is available, only one line appears for entry.
Dependencies
If the field is empty or contains the value 0, this has the same meaning as entering the value 1.
You can make customer defined settings for the selection criterion for selecting relevant postings using the Business Add-In for cash balancing.
Example
Cash stocks are taken to the bank twice a week on Mondays and Fridays. In the bank deposit function, you must therefore select the cash receipts consolidated with day-end closing for four days (Friday to Monday) and for three days (Tuesday to Thursday). In this case, enter the value '4' for the number of single values.
