Definition
This field can be used to position the display using a pattern for a material number.
Use
You can use this field if a large number of materials are displayed in online planning, but you want to enter data for a specific material. You can enter a pattern for a material number in the field. The first material number that matches the pattern you selected is then displayed in the first line of the entry screen.
Dependencies
Example
The list of materials contains the following materials (the display should be sorted according to material number).
0815
4711
8412
If you now use the pattern *71*, material 4711 will be placed in the first line of the input screen. Material 8412 is in the second line, material 0815 however is not visible because it has a material number smaller than 4711.
