Type of Workload Calculation

Use

The parallel jobs should, as far as possible, finish at the same time. The workload has to be estimated for the documents allocated to the jobs for this. There are two ways of doing this:

  • S Single Value (only the occurrence counts)

Only the frequency of the value's occurrence is counted from the Field for Job Creation. (Example: If you want to calculate prices for materials again, it does not matter how often price changes were made in the previous period, it only matters that they were made at all.)

  • C Cumulative (single values are added)

The number of selected data records (for example, the number of items in a document) or the values from the Field for Weighting are added. (Example: An outbound delivery can be created from purchase orders or sales orders depending on how big the document is.)
