Definition
First proportional factor for disaggregating planning data within the planning hierarchy using comparison version 1.
Use
Proportional factors are always maintained within a planning hierarchy. They are then used in manual planning when saving planning data for aggregation at the highest planning level.
Three proportional factors exist. You can disaggregate the planning key figures according to three rules (proportional factor 1, proportional factor 2, proportional factor 3).
Example
Planning hierarchies consist of planning characteristics, purchasing organizations, sales organizations, and material groups.
Purchasing organization 1000 was assigned to sales organization 1000 and this was, in turn, assigned to material groups 1001, 1002, 1003.
The following proportional factors are maintained for material groups:
Material group Proportional factor 1 Proportional factor 2
1001 1,00 1,00
1002 2,00 3,00
1003 2,00 1,00
It was defined for planning steps that planning key figure "Sales" be disaggregated using proportional factor 1 and that key figure "Stock" be disaggregated using proportional factor 2.
In manual planning, planning is carried out at sales organization level.
The following planning values have been entered for sales organization 1000:
Planning key figure Planning value
Sales 100000
Stock 50000
The following planning values are calculated using the proportional factors above using disaggregation and then entered in the database:
Material group Sales Stock
1001 20000 10000
1002 40000 30000
1003 40000 10000
