Change p of value x in a numerical key figure means changing the value using the following formula:
x(new) = x(old) * (1+p/100)
Example
A change of 0% means that the key figure value has not changed.
A change of 2.5 represents an increase of 2.5%.
A change of -100 changes the key figure has the value 0.
