Definition
Clearly-identifiable number that represents a plan characteristic within the planning hierarchy.
Use
The number must be clearly-identifiable and must contain no gaps when defined for maintaining plan characteristics for planning steps per plan characteristic.
Note
The sequence of plan characteristics within a planning scenario must always remain the same.
If two plan characteristics appear in various planning steps on more than one occasion, the first plan characteristic must also have a lower number attached to it than the second plan characteristic, or vice versa.
