Definition
The OTB key figure indicates the percentage of the budget already released that is still available. Budgetary expenditure for buying additional merchandise and differences between planned and actual stock for the period in question are taken into consideration when calculating OTB.
OTB is calculated as follows:
OTB = Budget already released - actual additional purchases - (planned end stock - extrapolated end stock)
