Definition
You use this indicator to control the validity period that is used for the selection of the document index entries in the context of the automatic document adjustment.
Use
The current validity of the condition record is normally used for the selection of the document index entries. This means that if the validity period is shortened, only those documents are updated for which the condition lies in the current validity period.
Alternatively, you can use the parameter to use for the selection the largest validity that there has even been for the condition record. A consequence of this, however, is that each time the condition changes from now on (if later, for example, only the condition rate is changed), all documents that have ever been within the validity are selected.
