If you set this indicator, only whole fiscal years are archived.

Example

Assume you define the fiscal year as equivalent to the calendar year plus 4 special periods. The indicator "Whole fiscal year" is set and a residence period of 3 months is selected.

A document posted in period 5/2005 can be archived no earlier than April 2006. The past three residence periods are therefore January, February, and March 2006.

Further notes

If this indicator is set, all documents are treated as if they were posted in the last real posting period of their fiscal year, meaning that either all line items of a fiscal year are archived or none at all.

The document in the example above is then treated as if it had been posted in period 12 of 2005.
