Definition
There are three types of outbound plug, as detailed below:
- Standard plug: Defines the possible outcomes of a view and is the starting point for navigation between views.
- Exit plug: Special outbound plug that terminates the Web Dynpro application when triggered.
- Suspend plug: Special outbound plug of a window or interface view. A suspend plug can be used to call a URL specified as a plug parameter. Unlike the exit plug, the suspend plug does not terminate the application, but suspends the session instead.
