4-character field string in which each field acts as a placeholder the relevant organizational unit. Numbers are listed for the field which contains an 'X'. The first two fields stand for the personnel area and subarea which are hierarchically dependent. If you enter a blank for the personnel area, the personnel subarea will also not be listed. The last two entry fields stand for the employee group and subgroup. These fields are not hierarchically dependent so one field can displayed without the other.
