Use
This field specifies how many days the employee usually works per week. The values are based on the collective agreement, single plant bargaining agreement, or individual agreement in the case of a part-time worker.
The system determines the value automatically from the work schedule rule.
Procedure
Change the value determined from the work schedule if it does not apply to the employee in question.

The value of the field does not affect the employment percentage, nor the working hours per day week, month or year.
