Definition
Value of the alternative historical data (AHD) for the forecast.
The system does not update an alternative historical data value using goods issues postings, but imports it before a forecast run using a special load module. The source for the import is normally SAP BW.
You can limit the time periods in the material master by making entries for the period indicators and also the fiscal year variant.
The system generates a forecast based on the historical value and fixed time interval, which is valid for the same period split.
