Use
This parameter can be defined, if necessary, in addition to the number of objects per task. The influence that the parameter has on the application differs from application to application.
Examples
- Collective purchase order application - parallel processing of purchase order generation
If you use parallel processing when creating purchase orders in the collective purchase order application (transaction WF10), the vendor is the reference value for the number of objects that can be processed in a packet. If you want, for example, to process a maximum of 500 materials in a packet, you can limit that packet size to 500. - Collective purchase order application - parallel processing for issue document selection
If you use parallel processing when selecting issue docunments in collective purchase order generation (transaction WF10) you do not have to define any additional limitations in the system. The number of documents is the reference value for the number of objects that can be processed in a packet.
