Definition
Type of object which is to be assigned to the promotion.
Use
Plants or customers can be assigned to promotions. However, assignment is not direct. It is made indirectly via the plant or customer group.
When assigning a plant or customer group to a promotion, the associated plants or individual customers are found via the classification system and assigned to the promotion.
So that plants and customers can be treated differently in the promotion you can differentiate between them by using the 'Object type' indicator.
