Definition

Distribution channel that is to be used for determining the default value of the sales price.

The default sales price can be determined at either distribution chain, plant or price list level.

Note

• To determine a default price, the following data must be maintained for the plant:
• Sales organization and distribution channel or
• Sales organization, distribution channel and customer number or
• Sales organization, distribution channel and price list.
• If a sales organization is not maintained for the default value of the sales price, then the sales price default is determined on the basis of the relevant distribution chain.
• If a default price cannot be determined at the level you have maintained, a value of "zero" is entered for the price.
