Use

The purchase price is converted into the currency of the sales price and into the sales unit for calculating the gross margin, if the currency or the unit of measure differs from that of the sales price.

Example

Sales price:    10.00 EUR for 1 piece

Purchase price in the system:    40.00 $ for 1 carton

Unit-of-measure conversion:    1 carton = 10 pieces

Currency conversion:    1 $ = 0.90 EUR

The result is that the purchase price amounts to 3.60 EUR in the sales currency and the sales unit.
