Definition

Start of the promotion sales period in a store group.

Use

When a promotion is created the date entered in the promotion header is used as a default date.

The promotion period can begin on a different date for each store group (e.g. in line with different holiday times).

If different dates exist for store groups, the date in the promotion header is changed to the earliest date.
