Definition
Employer benefits for capital formation are usually garnishment free.
However, any employee's own funds which are used for capital formation are garnishable if the savings agreement was closed after the creation of a garnishment ruling (§829 (1) CPC).
Use
Select agreements that already existed before the creation of the garnishment ruling. In payroll, the total amount of these savings agreements is left garnishment free.
