Definition

This field controls whether the data which is read from the object, building parts and real property register can be overwritten for the collateral value determination. If the object field is set as being changeable, you are able to overwrite the data read from the listed real property registers (e.g. floor space, number of garages, usable (floor) space etc.)

You can create or delete parcels of land and building parts for the collateral value determination. The details from the object or the real property register are displayed as default values when you are creating the collateral value.
