Definition
Informs you if the legal right of notice has been replaced by a notice arrangement made between lender and borrower that has been agreed in the contract.
You enter the special notice rule in the fields Notice Agreement Lender or Notice Agreement Borrower in the loan master data.
Use
This indicator, which tells you that the legal right of notice does not apply, is only used for information purposes. It is not used by the program logic within Loans Management.
Dependencies
The system does not check the content dependency between the indicator and the other fields relevant for notice given on the loan. Not even the Notice Date in Accordance with Legal Right of Notice field, for example.
