Definition
The condition items of a condition type can, with regard to the 'valid from' date, be adjusted depending on certain events. You can control the adjustment of the 'valid from' date using this parameter.
- '01' - Valid from date for the condition item is set to the date of the event
- '03' and '06' - Valid from date for the condition item is set to the date after the date of the event which is determined by frequential updating of the start date.
- '04' and '07' - Valid from date for the condition item is set to the start of the current calculation period, after the event.
- '11' - Valid from date for the condition item is set to the start of the current calculation period, in which the event falls.
Adjusting the 'valid from' date also requires the adjustment of the 'calculation date' and 'due date' for the condition item:
- If the payment form is maintained in the condition item, the date details are redetermined.
- If the condition item is not frequential, the existing difference in days up to the 'valid as from' date is maintained for both dates
- If the condition item is frequential, the 'calculation day' is postponed with the frequency of the condition item to a date > 'valid from' date. The due date is postponed so that the existing difference in days to the existing calculation date is maintained.
