Definition
The current value of the land after the heritable building right contract has expired, is determined by multiplying the current market value by the discount factor.
The discount factor is computed as follows: F = 1/(1+p/100)power n, whereby p= conventionalrate of interest (e.g. 6% per annum) and n= the remaining life in years.
