Definition

The distribution quantity represents the number of units which have been agreed with a customer for a distribution order item.

It includes the quantity to be distributed amongst the budgets.

In Release 4.01, shipping preparation in M/SD will not be used with the M/AM order schedule line distribution quantity. The defined quantities for M/SD distribution districts will be used instead. This means that selective bookings of basic booking units in M/AM will not be supported in standard M/SD. M/SD provides a user exit for adjusting quantities of a M/SD delivery to the M/AM schedule line quantities.
