Documentation
Definition
Production Planning
Determines in which order the operations of a sequence are carried out.
Supplementary Documentation - VORNR 0001
Use
The operations of the reference routing/plan are inserted from this operation.
Supplementary Documentation - VORNR 0005
Use
Enter the number for the first operation of the referenced operation set to be copied into the operation overview.
Supplementary Documentation - VORNR 0006
Use
When planning statistical key figures in networks, you can plan an individual network activity as well as an entire group of network activities. You must choose one of the two alternatives.
You plan groups of network activities when you want to access several network activities in your application area or in the area for which you are responsible.
Technical Note
You use sets as a technical representation of a group of network activities. An activity group is a set (with any name) for table CCSS and field name VORNR.
Procedure
You can find a description about creating sets in the "FI-GLX" handbook.
To create a set, select Accounting -> Financial accounting -> Spec. purpose ledger -> Tools -> Set maintenance -> Sets -> Create.
You can copy set PS0000000001 for table CCSS under client 000 as a set reference. It contains all possible activity numbers.
Select Environment -> Transport -> Copy for the client.
Select basic set or single set for the set type.
Supplementary Documentation - VORNR 0007
Use
In this field you enter the number of the operation that you want to confirm.
Dependencies
Example
Supplementary Documentation - VORNR 0304
Procedure
Enter the key for the activity that identifies the network to which an account assignment should be made.
Supplementary Documentation - VORNR 0800
Definition
Number which clearly identifies an operation.
Use
This number indicates the order in which operations are processed.
Supplementary Documentation - VORNR 2400
Use
Here you enter the number of the operation relative to the selected operation.
Supplementary Documentation - VORNR 4001
Definition
Key of thes operation or phase to which the component is assigned
Use
You maintain this assignment in the recipe for each production version, that is for each recipe/BOM combination. You determine at which stage in the production process the component has to be avaialable.
For the following reasons it is recommended that you assign components to phases and not operations
- You can only backflush components, if they are assigned to a phase.
- Material components that are assigned to an operation are staged at the start of the first phase, that is the same time as if you were to assign them directly to the phase.
Dependencies
When the process order is opened, the assignments in the relevant production version are copied into the material list of the order. Components that are not assigned to a specific operation or phase are assigned to the first phase. You can however change these assigments in the order.
Example
Supplementary Documentation - VORNR 4400
Definition
Key that identifies an operation or phase in a recipe.
Use
This key controls the sequence in which operations and phases are displayed on the operation overview.
Procedure
- For reasons of clarity, assign numbers in such a way that the following information can be gathered from the operation overview:
- The approximate time sequence of operations and phases
- The allocation of operations to phases
- Leave a sufficient interval between the numbers so that you can add further operations and phases if you need them. Automatic renumbering is not possible.
Examples
Number Sequence of Operations and Phases
1000 1st operation
1010 1st phase of 1st operation
1020 2nd phase of 1st operation
1030 Parallel phase for 2nd phase of 1st operation
2000 2nd operation
2010 1st phase of 2nd operation
2020 2nd phase of 2nd operation
Dependencies
The system proposes operation and phase numbers according to the increment defined in the recipe profile.
