Definition

The term 'advance condition' refers to payment of a quota that cannot be acquired until a certain time in the future.
If payments are made before the end of the entitlement period, the following options are available:
- payment only of the quota already acquired
- payment of the total quota that can theoretically be acquired

Special payment only for quotas acquired up the time of payment

2: Special payment up to the end of the entitlement period

Special payment for quotas acquired up to the end of the entitlement period.
