Documentation
Definition
If the customer has not yet closed the previous fiscal year, the fiscal year - 1, the system calculates the cumulative delivered quantity based on deliveries made in both the previous and current fiscal years.
If the customer has closed the previous fiscal year, meaning they have gone through a year change, the system sets the previous and current fiscal years to be the same. In this case, the system calculates the cumulative delivered quantity based on deliveries made only in the current fiscal_year>fiscal year.
Use
To determine the previous and current fiscal years for the delivery schedule, the system uses the date on which the cumulative quantity is set to zero, or if you have not entered a date, the cumulative received quantity.
Example
On 01/01/2000, the customer sends a delivery schedule with a cumulative received quantity that includes deliveries from 1999. According to the delivery schedule date, the customer is in fiscal year 2000. However, the cumulative received quantity shows that the customer has not yet closed the previous fiscal year.
