Definition

Specifies the level for which the system checks the requirement during pricing.

Use

You use the processing level to reduce the number of requirement checks to optimize the performance. This is achieved by buffering the requirement check result.

Note: This setting influences the KOBED evaluation during pricing but not the KOBEV evaluation.

You can select the following values:

• Blank = The system checks the requirement for each condition. The requirement check result is not buffered.
• A = Header: The system checks and buffers at header level and the result is used for item and condition level.
• B = Item: The system checks and buffers at item level and the result for each item is used for all conditions belonging to this item.
• C = Condition: The system checks and buffers at condition level.

Warning: If you set value A, B or C, the selection optimizes the performance but may also lead to unintended results if set incorrectly.
