Defines the type of entitlement period

Description

The entitilement period is identical for all employees.

Input values

F: Fixed entitlement period

The begin of the entitlement period is fixed for this type of special payment, and thus identical for all employees.
This also applies to the end of the entitlement period and the payment dates.

However, as employees enter and leave the company at different times, certain adjustments must be made with regard to waiting periods, outstanding payments, retroactive accounting etc.

D: Provision for years of service

This specification is not used in the standard system.
