Definition
Difference between the transmitted quantity and the open quantity.
Use
For deliveries that have already gone through the processing step, the "Quantity Difference" shows that along with the differences in values, deviations between the open quantity and the transmitted quantity also exist.
If the value is negative, the transmitted quantity was smaller than the open quantity. The quantity is displayed in the base unit of measure of the affected material.
Procedure
Examples
Dependencies
The quantity difference is only useful in deliveries that have already passed through the processing step.
For deliveries and IDocs that have only passed throught the verification step, the quantity is always displayed as 0 because the open quantity is not determined until the processing step.
