Definition
The year of creation is filled as follows when an original batch is created:
- Original batch for production or process order item: AUFK-ERDAT
- Original batch for PO item: EKKO-BEDAT
The creation year is shown in the key of these tables, in order that several orders or purchase orders with the same number can be stored there.
Scenario: An original batch is created for a production order. The batch where-used list is updated in the system. The production order is subsequently reorganized. A new order is then created using the same number. A batch where-used list is still available for the original batch, since the entries are kept in tables CHVW and PROOB.
