Definition
If you require additional reclassification criteria, you can generate a variable key which reads the Pay Scale Reclassification view.
Use
You can leave the initial value of the variable key if the pay scale data, validity dates and employee hiring date criteria suffice.
If you require additional pay scale reclassification criteria, you can define a return value for the variable key in the feature PRVAT based on organizational and employee-specific criteria such as employee subgroup or seniority.
Procedure
Maintain the return values for the variable key in the feature PRVAR. For more information, please read Defining Additional Reclassification Criteria in the Personnel Administration IMG.
