Definition
This field contains the outpayment amount as a percentage of the commitment capital which should be paid with this payment transaction.
The first outpayment is always a full payment by default and the value 100 is initialized. If a partial outpayment had already been made, the remainder of the commitment capital is displayed in percentage terms.
