Definition

Number of an already existing change master, whose data (eg. header data, object types) are copied into the new change master being created as defaults.

Use

This reference master serves as an aid to data entry.

Procedure

If you do not know the number, you can select it via matchcode.

  1. To choose the matchcode ID, press function key F4.
  2. Place the cursor on the line containing the matchcode you require. Press function key F2.
  3. Enter your selection criteria.
    The system requires an entry in field Change no text. If you do not know any text, enter *. Press ENTER.
  4. You see a list of all the change numbers which fulfil the selection criteria.
  5. Place the cursor on the line containing the change number you require.
    To copy the change number you have chosen into your document, press function key F2.
