Use
Use the Vacancy field to indicate that a position is vacant. A vacancy occurs when re-staffing is required, for whatever reason. For example, a dismissal or promotion may occur.
It is important to note that you can enter a vacancy for a position that is currently occupied. This could occur when you know in advance that a person will leave, for example, on maternity leave or due to a relocation.
Procedure
To mark a vacancy:
