Use

When you create a move-in, you can use a move-in document template, from which the system proposes the following business master data:

• Contract account data (if a new contract account is created when you create the move-in)
• Contract data.

Requirements

A valid move-in document template meet the following criteria:

• The newly created contract account must be of the same contract account category as the contract account of the move-in document template.
• For each installation in the move-in document there must be a contract, so that the division and service type fields agree.

Notes

You can also use a move-in document template if you want to include the move-in in front office methods.
