Documentation
Use
This indicator is used to control whether and how a time interval check should be carried out.
Procedure
If you have entered the G or B key in the Control field, you can use a time interval check to define that items are to be cleared once the time interval check is completed successfully.
Examples
A policy holder informs you that he has deregistered his car for a few weeks (January 10 - February 15). The insurance premiums are paid quarterly.
A reimbursement is forwarded from the insurance company's legacy system to the IS-IS-CD system. To ensure that the reimbursement can only be cleared partially with the receivable from the first quarter (January 1 - March 31), the same item category was assigned to this item. This item category contains a time interval check that only allows items to be cleared if the time interval between the posting date and the due date matches either fully or partially.
