Definition
The incompletion status of general header information in the sales document. General information includes business, shipping, and billing data.
Use
The status tells you if general header information is complete. You cannot copy sales documents with missing information into other sales documents. For example, you cannot copy an incomplete quotation into a sales order.
Procedure
If you try to save a document with missing information, the system tells you that the document is incomplete. You can then list the fields where information is missing and complete them. Alternatively, you can save the incomplete document and enter the missing information later.
