Use
Access a user-specific selection.
Procedure
If you want to use (complex) selection criteria several times, proceed as follows:
- Enter your selection criteria.
- Save your criteria by choosing Edit -> Save selection.
- To be able to reuse this selection criterion, select the field user-specific selection.
User-specific selections can be enhanced by additional selections. If you want to make these additions permanent, you must save them as described above, otherwise they are effective only for the current work session. Although user-specific selections cannot be deleted, there is no limit to the number of times they can be overwritten.
