Definition

Maintenance status of the authorization object

The maintenance status of an authorization object shows whether authorization default data has been correctly maintained for the object.
Possible values are:

  • "Maintained" (green traffic light) proposal status (and, if appropriate, also authorization field values) are fully maintained.
  • "Unmaintained" (red traffic light) - the authorization default status has not yet been maintained, or there is another priority 1 error.
  • "Maintained with warning" (yellow traffic light) - authorization field values for the object are not correctly maintained; there is a priority 2 or lower warning.
  • "Do not check" (gray traffic light) - the authorization check for the object has been deactivated in the application (the check indicator is set to "Do not check").
