Definition
The user needs to enter an identification to log on to the external reservation system from the R/3 System. Depending upon the arrangement made with the external reservation system, it may only be necessary to identify the system from which the user is logging on, and not the actual individual user.
If such an arrangement exists, and the ID does not include the name of the actual SAP User, but formal reasons mean that the external reservation system still requires you to enter a user name when logging on, you should enter this generic user name here.
