Definition
Specifies the absolute upper tolerance limit at material level.
Use
The tolerance check controls which levels of variance cause a new open item to be created for the difference.
The upper tolerance limit defines the amount by which the amount. displayed must exceed the open amount, in order for a new credit memo to be created for the difference (the difference is a new payable to the customer).
The variance from the open item is stated here in absolute terms.
