Definition
Determines whether all available master data should be presented as characteristic values in the planning layout (if required, restricted by the selection in the planning level or package) or only those for which transaction data was also entered. The following settings are possible:
- Indicator is not selected (default setting):
The transaction data is presented in the manual planning, which belongs to the current selection. When entering planning you only see the characteristic combinations, for which plan values were already entered. If necessary, you create new combinations below the presented values and subsequently have them sorted. - Indicator is selected:
For all characteristics of the lead column, all valid master data is defined within the selection. The system then forms all possible combinations of this master data in the area of the lead columns. For each current combination of characteristic values in the header area, all these combinations of characteristics of lead columns are proposed. The combinations, in which no values have yet been entered have the value 0 for every key figure.
